Perfit FSTM
Perfect chairside zirconia solution for One-Visit prosthesis
Perfit FS is the most natural-looking restoration with a flexural strength of >500 MPa. It does not require a finding process, so save valuable time and focus more on patients. High flexural strength with >500 MPaPerfit FS has superior flexural strength compared to competitors’ chairside blocks Esthetic translucency without compromising strengthEnhance your patient’s confidence with industry-leading beauty No oven time enables One-Visit prosthesisFocus more on patients by saving chair time Less chipping and tooth crackSignificantly low probability of chipping during mill-process / tooth crack during oral mastication. 33% reduced tooth preparationPerfit FS requires less tooth preparation than other glass ceramics that require extensive preparation.

A majority of the competitors’ products are glass, and their flexural strength is 204 ~ 377MPa.
For doctors who truly care about their patients, zirconia is preferred over glass ceramic.
The flexural strength of Perfit FS is higher than that of glass ceramic, glass resin, or glass zirconia.
Often, glass ceramic products are at risk of fracture due to their flexural strength of only 200 to 400 MPa.
Thus, glass ceramic requires quite a bit of tooth preparation before prosthetic processing – about 1mm.
Perfit FS requires only a minimum preparation of 0.6mm, unlike glass ceramic. .
As a result, the preparation amount can be reduced by up to 33% compared to glass ceramic.

Vickers Fracture Toughness Test
Indentation behavior experiment using diamond indent
Indentation Load Force: 10kgf
Perfit FS (Fully sintered zirconia) |
Other Zirconia Disc (3Y-TZP) |
e.max CAD (Glass ceramic) |
In this experiment, the indentation length of Perfit FS is compared to that of 3Y-TZP,
a commercial sintered zirconia product that is already on the market, and e.max CAD,
when indentation load is applied with a 10 kg Vickers hardness tester.
Unlike the significant crack observed on both the 3Y-TZP zirconia disco and e.max CAD product,
there is no crack on the Perfit FS.
The results demonstrate that Perfit FS has a high fracture toughness, indicating that it is less prone to
chipping and cracking during milling or oral mastication than other products.
