Digital Impressions A to Z – Las Vegas Study Club

Course Summary: In this presentation, clinicians will learn how to dramatically reduce errors introduced when making digital impressions regardless of the type of system they use. Furthermore, they will learn how to unlock the potential of scanners and capture full arch impressions in 30 to 60 seconds.
Learning Objectives:
- understand where and how you introduce errors while scanning
- appreciate the different scanning methods (scan paths) in dentate or edentulous cases
- learn the differences and advantages of digital impressions over analog systems
- comprehend how easy it is to launch a scanner, design a prosthesis or appliance, and fabricate either with milling or printing
Speaker Bio:
Armen Mirzayan is a dentist licensed in California and Nevada. He graduated Northwestern Dental School in 1998, complete a GPR at Queen’s Hospital in Honolulu. He’s used cad/cam clinically for over 20 years and CT technology for over 15. He is the founder and CEO of CAD-Ray, a dental technology distribution company that helps doctors implement the technologies into their offices

CAD-Ray Event Cancellation Policy
CAD-Ray plans classes well in advance, so funds are usually captured for the preparation and arrangement of venues, food, materials and marketing for each event. In the event that an attendee must cancel, we ask to be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event, or CAD-Ray reserves the right to keep the attendance fee to cover non-recoupable expenses already laid out by the organization.
